Personal information we may receive
When you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, company, country and the content of your message. Quotations may require business and invoicing details. Where checkout is completed through an independent payment provider, that provider handles payment data under its policy; we may receive the information needed to fulfil and support the order.
Purposes of processing
We answer enquiries, prepare quotations, manage orders and business relationships, coordinate deliveries and after-sales service, meet accounting and tax obligations and protect the site. We do not send electronic marketing communications without a valid legal basis and applicable opt-out arrangements.
Legal bases
